Responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for the cultivation and ongoing development of strategic development plans between AccentCare and our Joint Venture partners in South Texas. As a partner to the Sales, Operations and Clinical teams, you will lead the Joint Venture to successful clinical, business and relationship outcomes in alignment with the client strategy. The VP Joint Venture Partnership also leads relationships throughout both organizations to develop coordinated programs and service offerings as well as ensuring ongoing quality metrics are achieved.
As a VP, Joint Venture Partnership you will:
- Promote a JV culture of teamwork, mutual value creation and clinical excellence
- Lead the relationship efforts of both the AccentCare team and the partner organization to ensure that a synergistic approach is delivered through the Joint Venture and mutual growth goals are achieved.
- Lead a cross-functional team of clinical operations, contracting, analytics, sales, marketing, technology, customer service, etc., to develop service connectivity between AccentCare and designated Joint Venture Partner(s) to meet/exceed operational excellence, innovation and growth targets.
- Create and execute strategic partnership plans with short- and long-term objectives.
- Utilize a data driven approach to identify mutual growth opportunities for the partnership.
- Implement innovative solutions between AccentCare and health systems (including physician groups and other partner entities).
- Initiate, monitor and manage payor contract development in coordination with the Contracting team.
- Provide constructive and developmental feedback to the partner organization as needed.
- Serve as an executive relationship manager contact for Partner and AccentCare stakeholders to ensure direct and speedy communication and resolutions.
- Coordinate all Joint Venture leadership committees (Joint Operating Committee, Joint Clinical Committee, Joint Venture Board) and deliver all monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.
- Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.
Salary Range - 200,000 - 225,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s preferred, or Master’s degree and/or Clinical degree a plus
- Strong health care background required
- 8-10 years of successful strategic account and relationship management, and/or solution selling with complex mid-large size organizations and customers
- Strategic thinker with experience in operationalizing innovative solutions
- Effectively influence decision-making both internally and within partner organizations to achieve mutual goals
- Ability to inspire and motivate others at all levels of the organization
