What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll contribute to the success of a warehouse location for PepsiCo by coordinating the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse. You will be responsible for reviewing available customer orders and “scrubbing”/releasing those orders to the warehouse 24-48 hours before they ship. This role will help drive operational efficiencies and reduced loss though improving warehouse processes and execution.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations

• Maintain quality and food safety standards of finished product

• Ensures smooth delivery of product for the Sales and customer organizations

• Releasing orders to warehouse in proper timeframe and order to meet customer demand

• Tender loads to carriers using Transportation Management System in a manner that insures customer ship dates are met

• Route orders daily in compliance with the transportation route guide

• Work with 3PL to maintain trailer lot and ensure inbound/outbounds are properly tracked

• Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational

• issues

• Partner with 3PL to develop dock schedules and transportation priorities

• Troubleshoots all receiving and shipping complaints to find the cause, help resolve the issue, and prevent reoccurrence

• You'll have a regular presence on the warehouse floor and occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs

• You may work off-shift and weekends (less than 10%) and you may also be required to travel (less than 5%)

• Assist in invoicing for site operations (materials, supplies, labor, space, etc...)

• Assist/backup to inventory and customization roles in the warehouse

Expected salary range is $62,000-$68,000
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, operations management, or similar field

• 2-4 years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience preferably with order processing

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP and WMS)

• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment

• Experience with external vendors including freight carriers and 3PL leadership

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
