This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse. The successful candidate will have a background in logistics and will be responsible for loading, unloading and general warehouse operations as well as monitoring stock levels. We're currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who has a strong understanding of operating systems and can create an environment that optimizes efficiency, streamlines processes and creates an excellent customer experience.Seeking Warehouse Manager (Full Time)

Puroclean of Hoboken is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for their warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Exceptional timeline management
• Portrays great project management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
• Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
