Join the Stonewall Kitchen team at our Dover Distribution Center as a Reach Truck Operator! Currently looking to fill positions on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Schedule (subject to mandatory overtime during peak)

• 2nd shift is Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12:30am
• 3rd shift is Sunday-Thursday 8:30pm-5am

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for replenishing and picking inventory, performing inventory counts and building and breaking down pallets using powered mobile material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate picking and restocking product with an order picker or turret truck
2. Documents actions using handheld RF for movement of materials and finished goods
3. Maintains safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures regarding machine use.
4. Keeps machinery operating by following operating instructions; performing preventive maintenance and promptly calling for repairs as required.

Additional Responsibilities
1. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
2. Perform other job duties as assigned including inventory cycle counts and distribution activities as needed
3. Cross training to work in other areas of the Warehouse.
4. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require
5. Follow the Stonewall Kitchen Standards of Conduct.

Education, Experience, and Skills
1. High school diploma or equivalent experience
2. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, twist, bench, reach, squat, climb stairs and to stand for several hours at a time
3. Ability to operate forklift (order picker or turret truck is a plus)
4. Must have proven abilities with attention to detail.
