Job description

This hybrid position carries out operations within the Warehouse, assisting in warehouse inventory and maintenance as well as processing shipping and receiving of products and merchandise. This position will also be cross-trained in customer service and assist on the retail floor as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Support customers in our stores.
• Maintain and stock showroom floor.
• Educate customers on new and promotional products.
• Perform accurate and timely order entry.
• Learn and understand all product offerings.
• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Process receiving of incoming merchandise.
• Process shipping of outgoing products.
• Maintain warehouse in organized, safe and clean manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.

Experience Required

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience.
