TW Services, Inc. is a dynamic non asset organization focused on providing specialized warehouse labor as a 3rd party supplier.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the daily efforts and productivity of the members of the shipping and receiving department while operating forklift in line with company SOPS to ensure efficiency. The position requires a real “Team Work” mentality and a desire to never stop improving. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse setting, ideally in a previous leadership role.

Schedule:

• 7 day operation 24/7

Compensation/Benefits:

• $60,000 - $65,000 Negotiable depending on experience
• Time Off Accrual (PSL)

Requirements:

• Must have leadership / team building skills to follow (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures
• Must have time management skill
• Ability to recognize multiple customers from facility leadership to incoming customers
• Ability to train associates on equipment such as electric pallet jacks / forklifts, with extensive knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Must be able to recruit and provide new hire training
• At least 5+ years Warehouse experience required (Preferably in the food service industry)
• Bilingual English and Spanish (Perferred)
• Electric pallet jack and Forklift experience is REQUIRED

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Training new employees
• Production review, managing a profit and loss statement to meet the designed budget
• Intermediate computer skills
• Hiring personnel
• Assisting unloaders to accomplish daily work efficiently and accurately
• Being able to do repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 5 lbs - 75 lbs per box
• Collecting payments from drivers for services and entering information into tablet and system
• Maintaining good relationships with customers
• Keep constant communication with District Managers and above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
