SHIFT: Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

The Warehouse Supervisor directs employees, manages workflow and ensures that all required opening shift tasks are completed. The Warehouse Supervisor fills in for the Warehouse Manager when he/she is away from work.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Directs employees and manages workflow in the warehouse during our opening shift as coordinated with the Warehouse Manager. Ensures that all required opening shift tasks are completed.
- Fills in for the Warehouse Manager when he/she is away from work.
- Actively performs all the physical activities of the warehouse, including:
- Receiving and processing flooring products by unloading trucks
- Preparing and staging materials for work orders for pickup by subcontracted flooring installers
- Measuring, cutting and labeling flooring products
- Performing inventory management activities, including cycle counts, physical inventory, using RF scanners, etc.
- Loading subcontractor vehicles with material and supplies for customer orders
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1+ years of prior leadership experience of direct reports, or functional leadership experience.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, including inventory, cycle counts, receiving and related activities.
- 2+ years of forklift experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized, with strong follow up skills.
- Easily juggles changing priorities.
- Able to use a calculator to perform basic math functions in order to measure products.
- Able to lift and carry products that weigh 50 to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
