Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our Warehousing, Fulfillment, & Installation Management team to receive, organize, and store incoming shipments

- Accurately and efficiently pick and stage projects

- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure precise stock management

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse

- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

- Work with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines

- Assist in scheduling upcoming commercial flooring and tile installation projects

- Contribute to ongoing flooring installation work by ensuring our installation teams have what they need to succeed in the field

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred

- Basic computer knowledge in – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred

- Ability to handle heavy objects and perform physical tasks as necessary

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and precision

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
