Job description

Carrier Corporation is hiring full time assembly operators to start in our climate controlled warehouse located in Collierville! The starting pay is. $16.59 per hour + $1.50 per hour season premium ($18.09 total), paid weekly. Must be flexible to work 2nd shift 4p-2a with overtime as needed. • Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Repair damage to painted parts with brush or spray
• Package, carton and identify (stencil, etc.)
• -Determine and record production counts
• -Keep equipment and working area clean and in good order
• -Perform quality checks as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Responsible for quality and parts that meet customer expectations
-Meet customer deadlines
-Ability to acquire necessary skills/knowledge/certifications as required
-Take ownership for accuracy of processes
-Work successfully in a team environment & handle multiple tasks
-Effectively interact & communicate within team and other functional groups'
