Life Strategies is a BCBA owned and operated ABA agency seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our amazing team!

ABA Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) work in our Blooming Potential Autism and Learning Centers and/or in the child's home to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism. Programs are designed by our highly skilled team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

$16.00-$17.50 competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience and geographic region. Part-Time positions available in Porter, Lake & St. Joseph Counties. Monday through Friday, no late evenings or weekends. On the job training is provided with this entry-level position.

Responsibilities :

• Implement learning and ABA programs as written and instructed by the BCBA
• Document goal and program information throughout the day
• Coordinate with the BCBA and family
• Provide daily living assistance as needed
• Attend required trainings and meetings
• Follow teaching objectives as instructed
• Attain RBT Training and Certification

Qualifications :

• An engaging and high-energy interaction style
• An interest in working and helping children and adolescents with special needs, including Autism
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be reliable
• Must enjoy working with children
• Interested in and/or pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Special Education or related field (not required, but strongly preferred)
