Growing travel company in Watertown is seeking a Writing & Communications Coordinator to join their travel experience team! This is a great opportunity for a recent grad with a passion for writing and travel to join an amazing team that offers phenomenal mentorship and hybrid flexibility. If you have a degree in writing and/or at least one year of professional writing/editing and customer service experience, we'd love to hear from you!

*This is a hybrid position requiring two days in-office each week.

Responsibilities:

· Research and create written communications related to travel experiences and major world events.

· Provide high level customer support via phone and email to travel guests.

· Manage guest database to ensure quality and accuracy of important information.

· Create and edit written content for guest travel updates and company website.

· Process special requests for guest experiences.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Writing or Communications.

· 2+ year of customer service experience.

· At least one year of professional writing or editing/proofreading experience preferred.

· International travel experience strongly preferred.

· Growth mindset and positive attitude a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
