Job description

Local Non-profit in Tulsa is seeking Youth Enrichment Workers for grades 5-8th at a middle school. Days are Monday-Friday. The hours are after school Mon-Thurs, 3:00-6:30pm and Friday, 2-6pm in Title 1 schools.

Must have the following qualifications:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH Grade 5-12, MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. No child care experience will be considered.
• MUST enjoy working with youth,
• MUST have an outgoing personality that can relate to students easily,
• WANT to work only part time (17-20 hours per week),
• NEED to be well rounded with interests such as technology, science, literacy, art, or performing arts, etc,
• MUST have experience working with students in a camp, school or after school setting leading classes,
• MUST be able to create and follow simple lesson plans with goals and schedules and record outcomes from classes,
• MUST have your own reliable transportation.

Pay Structure:

• High School diploma $15-$16 depending on experience
• Bachelor's $17-$20 depending on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
