The primary responsibility of the AP Specialist is to support the Company’s day-to-day activities related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Prepare journal entries to record activity throughout the month.

· Vouchering invoices/debit memos, insuring invoices are approved according to the established expense authorization levels.

· Perform general ledger account analysis as assigned.

· Process manual checks, ACH’s, Virtual Credit Card, Physical Credit Card and Wire Payments Participate in month end closing.

· Maintain and project a positive customer service approach in all interactions with operations, customer contact center and other internal departments.

· Assist in posting transactions to general ledgers and other clerical functions, such as filing, scanning or research, as necessary.

· Perform and manage special projects and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
