Hadco Metal Trading distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, many other related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics. Our main branches are strategically located in Pennsylvania, California, Oklahoma, with transfer stations throughout the United States.

Currently we are looking an Accounts Payable in our Bensalem, PA corporate office.

Position Summary:

Accounts Payable compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Check and approve all vouchers for payment.
• Prepare invoice deduction notices as necessary.
• Research and resolve differences between vouchers and Purchase Orders.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate terms.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Process weekly and off-cycle pay runs of checks, wires, ACH, and vcards.
• Print AP reports and maintain all vendor files.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Assist with special projects.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable including General Ledger.
• PC skills including ERP computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Present oneself in a professional demeanor at all times.
• High School Diploma or GED.
