We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to work in our Neenah, WI facility.
Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components. Our products support healthcare, military, law enforcement, banking, gas stations, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Administrate and perform administrative and clerical functions for the business
- Exceptionally professional, organized and detail-oriented: demonstrated ability to organize time, manage diverse activities and meet deadlines
- Perform various office procedures either through formal training or equivalent experience
- Check email account daily, respond accordingly, and in a timely manner
- Perform Customer Service responsibilities as directed
- Answer telephone, transfer calls, and greet visitors to the office
- Responsible for coordination of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain and distribute internal phone directories
- Manage and maintain office printers, and toners
- Schedule and set-up meetings
- Order business meeting lunches when needed
- Clean and maintain office kitchen: clean, stock supplies, make coffee and start dishwasher
- Manage and distribute company travel itinerary
- Maintain
- Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Run daily attendance reconciliation reports
- Manage vacation tracker
- Order office supplies and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with HR and Accounting tasks
- Special projects as required
- Other duties assigned as needed
Education and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing office environment
- Maintain acceptable attendance, quality, and productivity
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must maintain a pleasant and professional appearance at all times
- Honesty and integrity with confidential material
Other Desirable Skills / Knowledge:
- Previous experience with ERP / MRP systems
- Previous experience working with shipping and receiving
- Technical degree or higher
