Maryland Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking an upbeat and compassionate administrative coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, learn quickly, and have a welcoming demeanor. Most importantly, this candidate will have the desire to work compassionately with individuals who are struggling with behavioral health concerns, while ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the outpatient office. Spanish speaking is a plus!
Specific tasks include:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Scheduling appointments and maintain calendars
- Checking in clients for individual and group therapy sessions
- Urinalysis collection
- Oversight of client balances, collection of payments, and verifying insurance benefits
- Ensuring general cleanliness and housekeeping of the office
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Ordering of supplies
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma
- General knowledge of Microsoft office
- Professionalism
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in EMR systems and/or medical field preferred but NOT required
