Administrative Grant Coordinator

Starting Compensation Range: $41,685 - $52,106
The Administrative Grant Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Grants Management and the Marketing and Development team to maximize The Buckeye Ranch’s donor and grant revenue, and funding sustainability. They will assist in grant strategies and securing financial support across the company via proposals for contracts. The Administrative Grant Coordinator will also provide administrative support for the Development, Grants and Marketing teams.
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Hybrid)
Location: Whitehall, OH **Position requires some travel (20-25%)**
What you’ll do:
- Provide data entry and administrative support to Development, Marketing and Communications team, particularly entry into Raisor’s Edge/Blackbaud for grants and in-kind. Support with acknowledgement and mailing for volunteers and donors.
- Conduct local and national prospect research to identify potential new funders and prepares information for team meetings and Foundation committee meetings.
- Assists with managing and recruiting volunteers for development program support, obtaining in-kind gifts and acknowledgements to investors, and in-kind donation management to receive and ensure in-kind items are accessible to clinicians/programs.
- Support events developed with Development and Marketing team.
- Assists with quarterly reporting from program staff to ensure all grants are being spent as directed by funder
- Assists programs with maintaining compliance to awarded grants by acting as liaison between Development, programs, and Finance departments.
- Effectively plan, manage, and achieve project milestones, quality, customer satisfaction, budget, and profitability. Execute disciplined approach and standards for project communications, resource planning and issue resolution processes to ensure success.
Who you are:
- 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous grant experience or non-profit experience preferred
- Active Ohio driver’s license
