Provide administrative secretarial support for the Southwest Campus Associate Dean, Administrative Officer, and departmental faculty and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative secretarial support for the Southwest Campus Associate Dean, Administrative Officer, and departmental faculty and staff.
  • Coordinate/assist in coordination of special events.
  • .Backup administrative support to the Department of Emergency Medicine.
  • Local IT troubleshooting and website design and maintenance.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Southwest campus office, as directed by the Associate Dean and/or Administrative Officer.
  • Records Coordinator for the Southwest Campus Administrative Office and other Educational Programs

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Successful completion of criminal history records check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in a medical setting
  • Experience using video equipment
  • Experience with using BlackBoard
  • Experience with Web design
  • Experience with digital publication

Minimum Hiring Salary/Position Classification

$36,000+/year; non-exempt; benefited; full-time

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
