Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Job description
- Work Schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours+ per week with every 3rd weekend availability.
- Requires Active Florida A.P.R.N license
- Requires minimum 2 years experience working as APRN in hospital setting
- Evaluation of medical history, physical exam, diagnostic and laboratory data of hospital inpatients
- Inpatient hospital consultations
- Outpatient office visits
- Identification and evaluation of medical conditions common to nephrology patients
- Monitoring and ordering medications per protocol
- Accurate documentation within the patient medical records
- Collaborate with attending physicians treating patients
- Develop and implement patient discharge plans
