GlyMed Plus Skin Care has contributed to the success of skincare professionals all over thr world for over 30 years. GlyMed is seeking an experienced Aesthetic professional/educator to join our Education team. In this role, a licensed and experienced professional will represent GlyMed Plus as a brand ambassador in our client education activities. Working closely with the Director of Education, this position supports the education department and the Institute of Skin Science in building its regional presence. GlyMed is dedicated to delivering a smart and scientific approach to clinical skincare by using only the highest grade of pharmaceutical ingredients and unparalleled service to our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce education content for the company's platforms and mediums. Colaborate on resources such as: protocols, webinars, training manuals, blogs, social media posts, tests,

demonstration videos, podcasts, and other materials.

• Contribute to curriculum and training materials. Topics include but are not

limited to product/ingredient knowledge, skin histology and conditions, marketing
and retail, business solutions, client relations, and industry trends.

• Carry-out training needs for accounts through direct communication with outside

and inside sales representatives; travel is required.

• Conduct "Train the Trainer" courses for regional educators and distributors; assist in recruiting candidates for positions.
• Research industry-related topics and trends for content creation.
• Fill education needs for accounts by coordinating with social media.
• Assist Customer Service in the coordination of classes, including registration,

preparing certificates, packing class materials, confirming classes and or traveling to
locations.

• Present GlyMed Plus products including ingredients and their application
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:

• Aesthetics License required (Master Esthetician License preferred)
• Esthetic Instructors License required
• Minimum of two years of professional "behind the Chair" and/or instructional experience in the skincare

industry

• A background using GlyMed Plus, desired
• Experienced Instructor or Trainer, or a similar role
• Experience in instructional and/or course design, a plus
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English required, bilingual a plus
• Proven work experience where writing was a key requirement
• Time management and organizational skills required
• Ability to stand and present to a group for two or more hours at a given time
• Flexibility to work some evenings, a few weekends, and travel uduring busy season, as

needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
