Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Customer Service Representative: Will perform tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s finance and customer service departments.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  • Receive, review, and process invoices for company purchases.
  • Enter invoices and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
  • Maintain communication with outside vendors and other Carr’s Tree Service offices to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Review monthly statements for accuracy.
  • Maintain equipment expense log.
  • Maintain Stihl inventory.
  • Manage fuel cards.
  • Complete credit applications.
  • Assist with billing invoices.
  • Answer the telephone, relay messages, and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Process customer requests for estimates.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Various office support such as cleaning, mail sorting, and stocking of supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior finance or related office experience (preferred).
  • Prior CSR experience or related office experience (preferred).


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
