The Assembly Kitting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuing of materials required to process jobs, maintaining inventory counts accurately and daily/weekly cycle counts.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesUse work orders to pick and kit materials for dedicated assembly and service jobs.
Communicate shortages to coworkers and supervisors to ensure parts can be restocked in a timely manner.
Package products using specified containers and protective padding.
Operate a hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store parts.
Responsible for performing/coordinating weekly cycle counts.
Work with Plant Operations and engineering teams to reconcile any inventory variances.
Establish and maintain safety operations by adhering to procedures and policies.
Complete housekeeping around work areas as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Duties will be performed at 2 locations: ST Engineering/Aethon in Robinson Township & Remote warehouse in Oakdale. Reliable transportation is a must, as the warehouse is not close to a bus line.

Knowledge, Skills & QualificationsGood verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask.
Experience with MS Office products, particularly Excel.
Ability to lift 30-50lbs on a daily basis.
Computer skills.
High attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must.
Previous warehouse and/or inventory related experience preferable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to stand or walk for a large part of the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
