The Associate Director of Web Design & Development supports the Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing in all management and development of AHFs web properties.

Under the direction of the Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing, the Associate Director of Web Design & Development serves as a champion for digital thinking and primary point person for digital initiatives. Working closely as part of a centralized marketing team, this position will lead multiple scaled projects. As part of a larger organization this position will provide insight, guidance, and leadership to business leaders within the realm of Web Development & Design, strategy and execution. The ability to develop, execute and lead through successful implementation is critical for this role.

The role requires a creative individual who can focus on creating, implementing, testing, and reporting on sales and marketing funnels via our digital platforms (web, email, mobile apps etc.) They will also demonstrate a history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users.

They will also focus on creating, implementing, testing, and reporting on website traffic and usage including web traffic analytics, SEO, SEM and social network analytics.

They should be a proactive problem solver. Works with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Interaction with internal and external clients requires strong & effective communication & interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates must be skilled in speaking to persons of diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds to interact across multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
