OK, so you'll be a key member of the Audit team, performing and guiding other staff on complex assignments for a range of clients in different industries. You'll play a lead role on the engagement team. Managing teams in your current / previous positions will help you make the transition here.

Nobody has resigned at this Worcester-based CPA firm since their formation, over 20 years ago. They’re not a tiny firm either. There’s 30 people working there today.

When I asked the Partner why he felt his retention was so good, he simply replied by saying, "We don't expect our people to do things that we wouldn't do ourselves. We're all active Partners, working with the teams on all engagements and supporting their development".

In addition, you're not expected to work any more than 36 hours p/w during non tax season. You'll be able to work on a hybrid basis too and you'll get a generous 401(k), health insurance and long term disability cover.
