Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Disassemble damaged vehicles and determine if damaged components can be repaired or need to be replaced
• Repair damaged vehicles using appropriate tools, technologies, and I-CAR procedures to restore vehicles to pre-accident state, factory specifications, and customer satisfaction
• Perform all body and fender repairs utilizing welding, body alignment, and structural operations
• Communicate the status of repairs with management and notify of any additional repairs or parts needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA/EPA requirements
• Achieve and maintain all applicable training and certifications required to perform job duties

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous auto body repair experience is required
• I-Car certification is a plus
• Welding certification is a plus
• Must own your own tools
• Hard working and a focused problem-solver
• Detail-oriented, thorough and precise workmanship
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
