Banquet Captain

Opportunity

The Bull at Pinehurst Farms, Wisconsin’s only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, is seeking Banquet Captains to join our team! The Banquet Captain will be responsible for setting-up for weddings and events in The Manor event center, serving during the banquets, cleaning up at the completion of events, and providing quality guest service.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

· Setting up tables and chairs for weddings and events

· Serving and bussing tables during banquets

· Maintaining complete working knowledge of The Bull at Pinehurst Farms property, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, and correct maintenance and use of all banquet hall supplies

· Create a comfortable, relaxing, and fun atmosphere

· Keep chairs and floors clear of debris

· Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards

· Following proper food and liquor handling procedures

· Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to multi-task

· Must be 18+

· Previous experience is preferred but not required

· Mostly Weekends or Evenings with some Week Days

· Pay starting at $15/hr.

· Part Time
