Job Title: Scala/Spark Developer
We are looking for a talented Scala/Spark Developer who is passionate about developing and maintaining large-scale, data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scala and Spark development, with experience in Python and cloud technologies. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Scala and Spark-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Write efficient and reliable code, following best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts as needed.
- Work with any cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Write and maintain SQL queries for data analysis.
- Use Git for version control and collaboration with other developers.
- Work with Databricks for data processing and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Scala and Spark development.
- Can able to programming in Python as well as needed
- Experience with at least one cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write complex queries.
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration with other developers.
- Familiarity with Databricks for data processing and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
