About the Role:
- Maintain accurate employee records and data in HR information systems
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently
- Develop and deliver reports using advanced Excel skills
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and labor laws through audits, reports, and training
- Provide support to HR team members on various projects and initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including HRIS implementation support
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating projects
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks and projects
