Working with products chosen by the customer, our team of professional installers brings the project to life by creating spaces that will leave clients refreshed, excited and ready to organize.
Penmarc is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to support our installation team.
Shift: Monday through Friday : 8am-5pm
Essential Functions
- Effectively communicate with the Operations Team, Coordinators, Field Employees and our clients regarding installs, mileage, trip charges, and any other billable items
- Review all installations for accurate and complete information
- Update information from our system to the client’s system
- Create invoices for all installations
- Create payables for subcontractors
- Ability to navigate different and complex pay plans and calculations
- Research any unbilled issues
- Perform additional assignments, as directed by the Director of Office Operations
Required Education and Experience
- Some college courses in accounting or equivalent relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Excel comprehension
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Previous experience with an installation or service company a plus
- Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
- Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to management
