Position Summary:
The BizOps Coordinator provides support to BizOps office leaders and practices across the firm in a variety of functions, primarily focused on BizOps compliance. The BizOps Coordinators function as a team across the firm, managing their workflow priorities with the BizOps Coordinator Team Leaders.
This role has the flexibility to work fully remote within the U.S.!
Job Functions:
- Client Documents and Compliance: Drives and supports BizOps compliance requirements completed on a timely basis, from pre-client onboarding to ongoing compliance. Specific responsibilities include independence checks, engagement acceptance (EACF), engagement letters, binder set-up, appropriate STAR set-up, SSARs compliance and assistance supporting the BizOps inspection process.
- Internal Support: Proactively support team leader in managing BizOps practices. Provide general internal and external support for BizOps teams and their clients, for multiple office locations. These duties could include staffing support (creating bios, assisting with scheduling), finance coordination (STAR set-up, billing, collections, STAR budgets), personnel related assistance (event planning, personnel engagement) and growth responsibilities (proposal process, CRM duties).
- Internal Operations Team: Support and provide back up to other internal operations team members as needed. Workflow is prioritized within the BizOps Coordinator team across the firm, but may have accountabilities within the local office internal operations roles as workflow varies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three-five years of related administrative experience.
- Professional services industry experience, a plus.
- High school degree or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor’s degree, a plus.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office Products is necessary. Position requires regular use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, STAR and other internal systems. Requires the ability to quickly master new software applications as needed.

For Colorado, the range for this position is $40,000 - 60,000.
