Job description

We are looking for a Full-Time BCBA to join our growing team! We are a group of BCBAs and OTs passionate about collaboration, education, and ethical treatment. We are a play-based and sensory-based private practice, with three clinic locations in San Carlos and San Mateo, with a majority of ABA services taking place in clients’ homes, communities, and schools across The SF Bay Area. We are looking to bring on a BCBA who is interested in serving clients from Palo Alto - Santa Clara in their homes and schools.

This role is hands-on and is primarily devoted to time spent directly with clients and families, and all services are delivered directly by the BCBA. We understand the importance of access to high-quality treatment and enjoy showing families what collaborative ABA therapy looks like in practice. Additionally, we care about work/life balance and encourage flexibility, therefore allowing therapists to create their own schedules and set the number of hours that they would like to work each week (minimum 30 hours/week for full-time).
