Foster Fine Art Portraits is a successful, award-winning studio in West Virginia, and we are experiencing phenomenal growth! We’ve reinvented the children's portrait experience and have quickly grown to be the leading photography studio in the area. We create timeless wall portraits, and we believe a Foster Fine Art Portrait is more than a photo. We specialize in luxurious children's artwork. The secret to our success is a great team who are passionate about giving families a great experience from the moment they book until the portraits are hanging in their homes.

Responsibilities

· Act as primary customer contact for booking portrait sessions

· Manage effective customer communications and organizational responsiveness to customer requirements

· Answer all client questions and concerns through multiple methods of communication

· Check work to ensure work sequences, procedures, methods, and deadlines are met

· Report on all contacts made and suggested next steps for clients.

Skills

· Required to have the ability to use a telephone, computer and other applicable communication devices

· Must have an exceptional ability to use verbal and written communication with studio employees, management, and clients

· Prior experience in lead generation and lead management a plus

· A strong attention to detail and multi-task skills required

· $14 – $15 per hour

· 25 – 35 hours per week
