Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator in our Progressive Care Unit at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Part-Time Weekend Days opportunity. Shifts will be every Sat/Sun from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:

Patient activities of daily living- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Performing clerical and secretarial activities of the nursing units
- Maintaining patient chart folders
- Greeting and assisting all customers while adhering to service excellence principles
