Job Summary

At Farm Bureau Financial Services we build relationships with people from all walks of life to help them protect what matters most and prepare for the future. As a Client Account Representative, your positive attitude and attention to detail will strengthen the relationships with our clients and help grow our agency. You will work with current and potential clients to identify coverage needs and opportunities to grow the agency.

Client Account Representative- Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Confident, strong work ethic and independent
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail

Client Account Representative- Requirements:

• Having Property & Casualty License preferred but must be willing to obtain
• Assist the agency with meeting new business production goals and objectives
• Providing a positive and welcoming experience for clients with service requests
• Complete policy tasks as required

As a Client Account Represenative you are a very important part of the office team and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and activity in the agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
