The Client Advocate is our law firm's first point of client intake. Candidates should be detail-oriented, be able to communicate, follow protocol, maintain confidentiality, be passionate about helping people, and be team members. As a Client Advocate, you are responsible for work directly related to the management or general business operations.

Essential Tools to excel: Attention to detail, reversing, rebuttals, listening, DISC, leadership, Empathy, Emotional Intelligence.

• Be open to new ideas, strategies, and training by the supervisor.
• Participate or lead in weekly/bi-weekly department meetings.
• Have an overall Emotional Intelligence above 80

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Additional duties may be assigned

Client Advocate

• Take any potential incoming calls, following the Nave Law Intake Process.
• Update and maintain Database Management (Salesforce).
• Assist with Client Financing.
• Follows up on all callbacks.
• Assist the finance team if documents are not returned, or there are payment issues;
• Particpate in weekly/bi-weekly advocate meetings/training;
• Assists in hiring and training new client advocates.
• Participate in Weekly Lead Review

Minimum Qualification Standards

• Associates degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Pre-law, Legal studies, Political Science, and or Communications;
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience;
• 3-5 years of leadership experience;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
