Client Delivery Associate, A/R & Denials

Description

As a Client Delivery Associate your role will be to support internal initiatives and implement client programs as it relates to Cloudmed’s A/R & Denials solution. This will include data verification, report creation, trend documentation, and client scheduling. You will report to the Client Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute (email, portal, sFTP) weekly and monthly report for multiple clients
  • Verify accuracy and audit for data integrity
  • Track and document trends, errors and or client improvement opportunities under the direction of team leadership where applicable
  • Identify client recoding trends that may impact revenue
  • Identify client data issues that may be impacting report accuracy
  • Create standard and ad hoc client facing reports based on client needs
  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing reporting methods
  • Support in creating reports from Power BI
  • Maintain monthly report schedule
  • Assist teams with various tasks throughout client implementations and maintenance
  • Maintain/update department standard client protocol documents
  • Routine administrative tasks as directed by leadership
  • Contribute towards achievement of team's goal and initiatives
  • Compile numerical or statistical data, including pivot tables, graphs and spreadsheets
  • Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with Cloudmed’ s values
  • Contribute to the advancement of the internal team initiatives by providing hands on support and ideas

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience and written business communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel (intermediate level Excel or above)*potentially look at Excel proficiency test*
  • Proven experience in building reports, validating data and providing analysis
  • HS diploma required
  • Time management and managing of multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • A strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Team-oriented and adaptable

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, generating positive client feedback on quality, value, delivery, and results
  • Desire to continue to learn and advance skills in new technologies (Power BI, Visio, Advanced MS Teams, etc)
  • At least one other reporting-based product (MS Power BI, Tableau, etc)
