Salary: $18-$19 per hour

Hours: 50-60 hours per week

Shift: Day shift starting at 6am (will move to night shift in 3-4 months)

Taldeco is seeking a Shop Help Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and have a desire to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operating machines and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Grinding and prepping metal materials
• Operating cranes and other lifting equipment
• General shop help duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
