Job description
The Communication Analyst is responsible for supporting a wide variety of projects and initiatives primarily related to media relations, stakeholder communications, social media, digital platforms, and marketing in alignment with strategic objectives. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and using standardized communication procedures and templates based on industry best practices
- Creating project communications to keep stakeholders informed of project activities
- Providing feedback/training regarding writing style, messaging, and the appropriate media for communicating with stakeholders
- Assisting with evaluation techniques to determine the effectiveness of organizational communications
- Developing questionnaires, surveys, and items for focus and work group interviews, research, white papers, brochures and other communication methods
Must be US Citizen and Clearable
Education:
- BA/BS degree in related field required
