Position Description

The Community Liaison works with the community to explain the services offered and provided by VPA. As a Community Liaison you will:

• Coordinate outreach to physicians and facilities, such as hospitals, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, facility discharge planning and assisted living, to explain services and benefits offered by VPA
• Maintain and develop business opportunities, market awareness and competitive updates
• Make sales calls to ensure referral sources are provided

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience
• Three years of health care related industry sales/marketing experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques and territory management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
