We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) employee to market services and manage relationships with senior living communities for a mobile dentistry company. This is a hybrid position!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales and marketing efforts, promoting facility and patient acquisition

• Develop and manage personal relationships with key personnel at senior living communities
• Advocate and ambassador for the company's services and effectively communicate our marketing message
• Utilize CRM platform to track marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement in existing marketing efforts
• Preparation & delivery of materials and marketing collateral to facilities

• Represent the company during facility events (Open House, Bingo Night, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of previous experience working in or marketing to assisted living or senior living facilities

• Outgoing personality and ability to create opportunities to connect personally
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive / GSuite, Quickbase)
• Experience using customer relationship management software to log activities

• Access to a personal vehicle and consistent form of transportation

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year with a robust bonus structure
