Project Overview:
RIVA Solutions Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Computer Network Support Specialist (Change/Release Manager) to support the Information Technology Services Desk Support and Engineering Serves Contract at U. S. Department of Health and Human Services
The RIVA Solutions' Team will provide maintenance and operations support which includes contractor support services for the systems, equipment, hardware, and software.
The Computer Network Support Specialist analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing network systems, such as LAN, WAN, and Internet systems or a segment of a network system; and performs network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with complete development life cycle
- Assess the needs and impacts of changes
- Maintain network performance and stability while supporting desired changes.
- Optimize and maintain current network operations
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience
- Computer Systems Engineer/Architect; Quantity
- Directory Services Engineer
- Identity Management Engineer
- Virtual Machine Engineer
- Endpoint Configuration Management Experience
- Change/Release management experience
