We need a Content Manager to lead a team of copywriters and researchers in the creation and maintenance of compelling copy for a wide variety of brand partners. This person will foster relationships and collaborate closely with brands and internal teams to produce keyword-rich, Amazon-compliant product listing copy that meets the brand’s specifications. If you have 2-3 years of experience in copywriting for retail or ecommerce, we encourage you to apply! This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule (three days in office each week) based in our beautiful headquarters in Lehi, Utah.

The first 30 days:
Meet the core SEO team and members of Brand Management Join in on onboarding calls with new brands Shadow content projects Go through Brand Management/Amazon 101 training Learn the tools and systems the content team leverages
60 days:
Begin owning projects from start to finish Co-lead an onboarding call with a new brand Become familiar with all team processes Use team’s tools independently
90 days:
Lead onboarding calls with new brands See projects from start to finish. Report on results, interpret data to optimize copy and drive results
What is the team like?
You will work with copywriters, ecommerce managers, and keyword researchers. You will be supervised by the SEO Manager and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas, input, and collaborative execution from all members is crucial to the team’s success.
