Job Summary

The Contract Admin Analyst resides within the Revenue Finance group and is responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of contract updates. This may include price maintenance by analyzing, reviewing, and approving contract and pricing documents, including but not limited to pricing proposals, agreements, amendments, bid awards, etc., submitted by the Sales Pricing and Contracts group to Finance. This position will ensure the accurate and timely updating of products, pricing, and contract changes within Amneal's key systems including Model N Flex, JDE, and APS (Amneal Pricing System). When necessary, the Contract Admin Analyst will work with Finance to support certain functions that drive excellence in an auditable environment by supplying ad hoc validations and pricing and products reports.

Essential Functions

  • Works collaboratively with the Finance Contract Administration and Sales Pricing and Contracts groups to enter price changes within APS (Amneal Pricing System) and Model N Flex.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals were provided and are stored for easy and accurate retrieval as per department procedures. Maintain, in a timely manner, all assigned contracts while ensuring accuracy and adherence to key controls.
  • Participate in bi-weekly pricing review meetings between sales and finance.
  • When necessary, provide Revenue Accounting team status updates and financial impacts relating to Pricing and Contract changes captured in APS (Amneal Pricing System) and Model N Flex. Resolve discrepancies and provide detailed support to management for review.
  • Participate and/or contribute to special projects, ad hoc analysis and other duties as needed.
  • Assist management with the performance of monthly audits of contract and pricing expirations and additions in the Model N Flex.
  • Assist with compliance related requirements, including any internal and/or external audit requests, SOX requirements and government pricing related requirements. Assist with ongoing maintenance of the department related internal control procedures, policies, SOPs and job aids. Establish work procedures and processes that support departmental and company standards.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Business or Life Sciences - Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years or more in Generic Pharmaceutical Finance - Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing and leveraging contract management solutions, preferably Model N Flex - Beginner

  • Self-starter: can complete tasks with little instruction and can work independently.
  • Solid communicator: Keeps management informed and updates as needed.
  • Capable of completing routine assigned tasks on time and accurately.
