Seeking a Cook / Cashier to work on beautiful Caladesi and Honeymoon Island. Pay range $15.00 - $20.00 per hour including tips. Willing to train!

Portioning food items prior to cooking. Responsible for cooking all grilled and fried items prepared in the kitchen. Carving, plating and garnishing dishes. Oversee maintaining a sanitary kitchen including workstation(s) and food storage area. Other duties include Cashiering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Complies with quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.

· Fry meats, poultry, shellfish, fish, or vegetables

· Select and uses knives, hand tools, utensils, and equipment for food preparation

· Maintain holding temperature for foods, grills, and fryers

· Assist in any other work capacity including cashiering

· Ensure consistency in flavor that meets established quality standards

· Available to work Days, Weekends, Holidays and Occasional Nights

Qualifications: High School graduate (GED), degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program or 1 year in a food preparation position is desirable.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, managers, and team members; stand and move about the kitchen and cashier for periods over 8 hours. Must be able to lift 50 pounds in weigh, have good sense of smell, taste, and sight to understand foods and presentation. Possess finger dexterity to use small tools adeptly; read and follow written instructions.
