Position Summary:
Crisis Supervisor provides oversight for Crisis Intervention services include telephone/mobile assessment, crisis counseling, and emotional support. Manage personnel matters including hiring, supervision and training, and performance evaluation; responsible to monitor compliance with policy and procedure. Coordinate operations and assist Program Manager in planning, developing and executing services in line with CCR’s mission. Crisis Intervention Services are 24/7, 365 days year.

The Crisis Program Supervisor has flexibility to create their schedule that meets the needs of the program fulfilling responsibilities of supervising two offices, community meetings and outreach as well as supervision of 24/7 staff. A typical work schedule may include both day and evening as well as weekend activities. This gives you an opportunity to pick a schedule that best suits your needs/lifestyle. We offer (to start) 20 days of PTO a year!
The starting salary for this position is $42,000 - $44,000/year. We also offer a possible higher salary based on experience.
Essential Functions:
· Provide supervision of crisis intervention specialists and provides support to the staff on the day-to-day functions of the program in multiple counties and locations.
· Complete all reports and documentation in a timely fashion.
· Facilitate service coordination with community services involved along with interagency resources.
· Maintain quality standards.
· Ability to work some rotating shifts.
· Participate in continuous professional development.
· Take the initiative while being cooperative and empathetic.
· Maintain Strick confidentiality.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or a related field; AND five years of mental health direct care experience, two of which shall include supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. Individuals who have accessed human services are encouraged to apply. EOE/ADA
