Crisis Supervisor, LISW or LPCC

Locally, Portage Path Behavioral Health is expanding their emergency services to better serve our community, make services more accessible and decrease stigma. Crisis Supervisor, LISW of LPCC will have the opportunity to:

· Provide guidance within our new mobile crisis model.

· Assess individuals who are experiencing psychiatric emergencies and execute clinical investigations.

· Provide supportive listening on the crisis hotlines.

· Positively communicate with referral sources such as emergency services, community providers, and family/friends of individuals served.

· Supervise mobile crisis staff, facilitate trainings, and create schedules for mobile crisis team.

· Utilize research skills through data collection, constructing reports, and reviewing documentation.

· Act as a liaison to community partners.

Crisis Supervisor, LISW/LPCC will have the following:

· Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.

· LISW or LPCC in the State of Ohio.

· Experience with crisis services and substance abuse field is preferred.

· Must have valid Ohio Driver’s License.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
