Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Customer Service team member in our Kitchens department at our NEW Valparaiso IN location. This position will be full-time, with no nights or Sundays. Training is provided!
Responsibilities:
- Greet ALL customers as soon as they walk in
- Answer all phones with a smile on the first ring
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Electronically file paperwork
- Give showroom tours and schedule design appointments
- Ability to communicate efficiently with team and management
- Ensure showroom is cleaned and organized at all times
- Maintain samples, literature, and marketing materials throughout the showroom
- Complete basic sales with POS
- Communicate with management as applicable to ensure all tasks are complete and customer service is excellent
- Any other tasks, projects, or areas of responsibility that the Sales Manager, General Manager, or Schilling family deem appropriate
- Completion of required training
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Windows
- Good math skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient scoring on all candidate testing
