Customer Service Coordinator - $55,000 – Mount Prospect

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, product specifications, and shipping documents.
• Manage order activity and customer requirements for assigned accounts.
• Respond to customer orders, phone calls, and emails.
• Coordinate and verify timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory inquiries.
• Receive and evaluate customer complaints.

Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/distribution customer service.
• Highly driven and career focused.
• Experience with ERP system required; JDE / Oracle preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
