We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This position involves providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, replying to messages on various platforms (Amazon, Walmart), and managing email inquiries for our Shopify store. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing returns. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in customer service and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Respond to messages on Amazon and Walmart platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
• Manage email inquiries and provide courteous and helpful responses to customer questions or concerns.
• Process returns efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify platforms is a plus.

Working Hours and Compensation:

• This is a part-time position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Hourly rate: $22 per hour.
