Job Description:
Join the Ben Hauck Insurance Agency team in Brookings, SD!

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.

Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive hourly pay rate $16-$17 (bonus and commission opportunity)
· Paid training
· Paid Time Off/Paid Holidays

Position Requirements: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of customer service experience preferred but NOT required
• Must be familiar with technology and computer programs and applications
• Property and Casualty insurance licensing is required before first day of work, agency reimbursement available

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
